Dr. Ledsinger is proud to have worked in the field of education for 20 years and has experience serving as an educational leader, school administrator, principal, assistant principal, teacher, coach and educational consultant within the United States.

 

 Dr. Ledsinger earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Wingate University through analyzing and conducting research and statistical analysis specifically on brain-based literacy strategies with struggling readers while utilizing educational technology platforms with students to increase fluency and comprehension to make a positive correlation and gain impact on student achievement. 

 

Dr. Ledsinger earned her Educational Specialist degree at Wingate University and gained certification as a school superintendent with successful completion of coursework on school district leadership, management, and oversight of educational departments to impact student success.

 

Dr. Ledsinger earned her Master of School Administration degree with a focus on Curriculum & Instruction at the University of North Carolina.  She has an educator license endorsement for Curriculum Supervision.  She has led as a school administrator and leader at the elementary and middle school levels for 15 years.  She provides curriculum guidance and consulting services for EdTech companies.

 

Dr. Ledsinger has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Secondary Education at the University of North Carolina.  Her teaching experience includes high school core placement and honors coursework, as well as secondary electives.  She has also led student clubs and athletics teams.  During her years teaching she was honored as Who's Who Among America's Teachers for two years in a row, and as Coach of the Year while coaching varsity athletics at the high school level.

Dr. Ledsinger is also TEFL certified for Teaching English as a Foreign Language for Non-Native English Speakers and has worked with international educational agencies such as Participate out of The University of North Carolina and VISA to America to provide J1 Program Partnerships to recruit and retain highly qualified and successful international educators.  Dr. Ledsinger also works independently with CETUSA to support placement and enrollment of foreign exchange students into the United States.
